Debuting at #98 on the Hot 100 this week in 2000 was the late DMX with "What's My Name?". Unlike the follow-up single "Party Up (Up in Here)", which reached the Top 40 in both Billboard and Radio and Records, this song only reached #67 on Billboard's pop chart.

How about in late 1993 Snoop Dogg's "What's My Name" which made R&R's CHR/Pop Top 40 for Casey's Top 40 and Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 but not Shadoe Stevens AT40?

Geez, do you have to point this out every time a song with the same title as a different song is mentioned on here?

Released this week in 2019 was Weezer's fifth self-titled album, commonly known as the Teal Album. Consisting of all covers, only "Africa" (released in 2018) hit the pop charts, reaching #26 on Mediabase and #51 on the Hot 100. Here's one of the other tracks from the album - a cover of TLC's #1 Hot 100 hit from twenty years prior to the Teal Album's release, "No Scrubs".

Holding at its peak position of #7 on the Adult Alternative chart for the week ending February 7, 2015 is the song "Every Breaking Wave" from U2's Songs of Innocence, the album that was infamously added to Apple users' iTunes accounts without permission, which led Apple to create a website allowing customers to delete the album.
