I cannot find any confirmation about WELK's Saturday schedule for the 70s show. Their website has no mention of Casey Kasem, and another place online (http://www.thefullwiki.org/List_of_stations_that_air_Casey_Kasem's_American_Top_40:_The_70's) suggests it starts at 8am, Eastern. Can someone confirm whether and when WELK airs AT40 the 70s? That web page was last updated in august 2010 so the info on it is well out of date ,WELK do air the show on a saturday -12noon UK time, not too sure what that is EST www.philray.co.uk/alannicklin/70at40.html

Thanks for that update. The old WJER link still works for me, but I know it stopped working on some browsers and operating systems.

Nice find, especially as they are still airing 1979 at nearly 1pm local, when their website says 9am-12pm local. Wondering if this means they aired all 4 hours of 1979 but instead of starting an hour earlier they have just let it play an hour later.

Rapid City is two time zones away. KFMH plays album versions of songs mostly from the 70s. I believe the show started at #33.

Which stations air the four hour version of the late 70's shows? I have tried many for the 6/30/79 but all have started at 33.

KOKZ, WPNC, and WODC are the three big guns that air all 4 hours. In fact, WODC airs the '79 show tonight at 7 PM/6 PM Central.

Too bad WLS-FM disappoints the fans, and won't air the 4-hour editions of the '70s shows!

WJER now alternates AT40 The 70s & The 80s on a weekly basis. Other: WPAC streaming has been down since May 1. WWOW streaming is now working properly. radio.securenetsystems.net/v5/WWOW

KOKZ, WPNC, and WODC are the three big guns that air all 4 hours. In fact, WODC airs the '79 show tonight at 7 PM/6 PM Central. WTOJ also runs the 4-hour 1979 shows, but the caveat there is that WTOJ usually runs "A" shows, so they will generally run a 1979 show if it is an "A" show, but not if it is a "B" show. KOKZ and WPNC, by contrast, avoid shows from the early '70s, so they always run shows from 1979 regardless of whether they are "A" shows or "B" shows. (If a show from 1979 is a "B" show, it would be coupled with an "A" show from 1970-72.) WODC runs two different Classic AT40s in two different time slots each week. They mostly run shows from the '80s, but sometimes mix in shows from the late '70s. To make a long story short, a quirk of their show selection is that they seem to always run shows from 1979 any time they are available. As a result, like KOKZ and WPNC, they can be reliably depended on to carry 1979 shows regardless of whether they are "A" shows or "B" shows. On those weeks, however, you need to check to see which time slot WODC is running the 1979 show in - it could be either one.
