Huh. I thought we'd determined that they were definitely a straight 80s affiliate now. Guess not. Made a note of it. The link above now is showing that this weekends (March 30, 2014) from the chart date of March 26, 1988.

My point is that they're like WOGL and go back-and-forth between 70s and 80s, though KGOR seems to lean much more toward the 80s. I thought we'd determined on an earlier page that they no longer went back-and-forth, but the presence of the 1977 show on their page suggests otherwise - guessing they played that instead of 1985 this past weekend.

Just a friendly reminder...Beginning this Sunday March 30th, Daylight Savings Time returns throughout most of Europe and the United Kingdom (plus Ireland).
With the exception of a small region of France, a tiny piece of The Netherlands and all of Russia, this part of the world "springs forward" this time of year.

Is there always a 3-week difference at beginning and end for European DST?

So, for the sixth week in a row, WMLX is playing February 21, 1981.
I'm at a loss as to what to do about them. My first instinct is to e-mail them. However, I went to their website...and I can't find any e-mail address with which to contact them. My only options appear to be Twitter, which I don't have and don't plan to get, and Facebook, where I'd need to "like" the page in order to post on (and I'd prefer not to have to do).

Is there always a 3-week difference at beginning and end for European DST? No It's usually a 3 week difference forward & 1 week going back. Clocks in UK go back on October 26 & Daylight savings ends in the US on November 2 this year. So really UK & Europe gets a month less of Daylight savings Time than the USA.

Listen to another station. I recommend Sunny Radio or Sunny 101.5. I'm not talking about for listening. I'd already listened to the entire show before checking up on WMLX. No, I mean for with regards to this station list. It matters because six weeks in a row of playing the same show is cause for concern regarding the show's status there.

It's 9PM ET/6PM Arizona time and still no sign of AT 40--at least not on KQSR - Star 100.9 FM - Yuma AZ. This does not look good for the future of our favorite countdown.
This is at least the second straight weekend they have failed to deliver. Last weekend they swapped Casey for Rick Dees. This week it's worse--just regular programming.
It seems like they are going through some sort of transition. How about it Mike--should we give them a third week to drop the ball or just lower the boom right away???
It's now an hour later and Classic Rick Dees has started again. These 90's shows are really quite good but they're still not what we bargained for or expected to be hearing
during this time period.

STATION UPDATE
Re: WFMX Mix 107.9 FM Skowhegan ME
There's good news and bad news here. Mix 107.9 once again skipped the 1am airing of AT 40 even though their program schedule lists
the show being carried at that time. On the flipside, they still played the show at a later time, but not at 8am (which had been the
listed time for the replay of the 1am show). Instead, they started Casey at 6am Eastern/Maine time. This means on Sunday 3/23/14
AT 40 was heard from 6am-10am ONLY on this affiliate.
The deeper I dig into WFMX's recent program logs, it appears the last time the countdown was played at 1am was on Sunday 2/9/14.
Take from that whatever you can, but it looks like the 1am timeslot has been nixed. And the 8am start has been moved to 6am.
Sorry about these reverse colors with this text; can't seem to get the white color back!?!
SECOND STATION UPDATE 3/30/14
WFMX has definitely switched and downsized its schedule for playing AT 40. The 1am timeslot is kaput; the former 8am repeat time has moved to 6am (making this the only time the show can be heard here).

Here's the new streaming link to the upgraded player for CJOJ - 95.5 Hitsfm - Quinte's Greatest Hits - Belleville ON. www.955hitsfm.ca/leons/index.cfm The program is still featured from 8am - 12noon Sundays. This station has duplicate listings on this thread. The first listing is outdated and should be removed. The second listing already contains the updated player link. (Now I see what's happened here.)

Found one more station to put on the list. Surprised no one's spoken up about them yet since they're also a 70s affiliate: ADD:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunday 8 am - Noon WJDX - 105.1 - The River - Kosciusko MS 105.1 FM www.iheart.com/live/1249/?autoplay=true------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Their website says it's only three hours from 9 to 12, but confirmation from a listener in the area has it as the full four. No show here at 8am. Will check back to see if they play Casey at 9am., which would mean the website is correct in stating they only play a 3-hour show. However, nothing on their current website suggests they play either version of AT 40. Guess what? Your listener was spot on--WJDX certainly does play the full 4-hour show. It begins at 8am CENTRAL time.
This means you had time wrong time zone Mike. You might have thought Mississippi was in the Eastern time zone. The upshot is that this affiliate carries the countdown from 9am-1pm ET or 8am-12noon CT. P.S. Thanks for finding us this station and adding it to the '80's list. I didn't really recognize them from the '70's thread and I couldn't figure out why that was the case. The reason for my confusion was in the way you've listed the station's geographic location. The station refers to itself as Jackson's greatest hits of the 60s, 70s and 80s and as such should be referenced as a Jackson station or if you want to be technical--as a Kosciusko/Jackson station. This same principle could apply to about a dozen other stations that have recently been added to both the '70's and '80's threads (example: WHPY Belleville/Nashville or KCML St Joseph/St Cloud MN just to mention a couple). Affiliating a station's city with the way they are referenced on air or on their website is far more beneficial and user friendly than to only identify them by the obscure location of the station's tower. Thanks for your consideration regarding this matter.

An update on 105.9 Sunny FM, here is the scorecard since they have started their random mix of 70s and 80s
Sunday 2/23: 1981 (first week of ever diverting from the 70s since they started airing the show in Feb 2011) Sunday 3/2: 1978 Sunday 3/9: 1983 Sunday 3/16: 1986 Sunday 3/23: 1985 Sunday 3/30: 1975
And again, regardless of the year, they only air the 3 hour show

Sure does get annoying, when iHeartRadio butts in with Classic Cuts, when JackFM is runnin' their commercials, mainly 'cause 'Classic Cuts', hasn't produced any new segments for months.
