OMG, they had Lionel's songs reversed! They played 'Conquer at #37 & 'Ceiling at #36 when the Hot 100 had them listed the other way! Alan even incorrectly said Dancing on the Ceiling was at #36. OMG!! Then in her weekly chart screw up Nina said VH was up five. Love Walks In was really dropping 27-22.

Nina said Amanda was up eight. Boston was really climbing 15-27.
The display for Bruce Hornsby showed 1987, even though his countdown song peaked in 12/86, but errors are The Way It Is on Casey lite.

In a quickie Alan said 'Lips was Go-Gos second release after they had the 'Beat. Of course in the US the rerecorded We Got The Beat was their 2nd single. This is 80s Music 101.

Casey lite is playing some brutal version of Atlanta Lady, definitely not the hit.

Alan said Waiting For Girl Like You was at #2 for ten weeks thanks to a similar chart topping stay by Physical. ONJ did block it, but only for nine, the other week it was kept from the top by I Can't Go For That.

In her weekly content screw up Nina said Private Eyes was written by H&O with the Allen Sisters. Daryl and Sara finished the tune started by Warren Pash and Janna. John was not involved.

Alan said Physical was the biggest hit of 1981. That honor went to Bette Davis Eyes. ONJ was #1 in 1982.

For some reason, they started “Don’t Know Much” by Ronstant/Neville in middle of the song in the 1989 show Friday night. Also, after Nina describing the #22 song “Love Song” by The Cure, they play “Love Song” by Tesla. Big Oops!

Also, after Nina describing the #22 song “Love Song” by The Cure, they play “Love Song” by Tesla. Big Oops! I think that's the version they always use for some reason, which just cuts out the beginning and Aaron's part of that verse. As for the other one, we really can't go one show without some big screw-up, huh?

As of this afternoon's airing, they changed it to the correct "Love Song."

During the outro for "It's Just The Way That You Love Me", Mark said it was slipping to #9 while it was actually rising to #9 from #16; The chart-flop redeemer reached its (#3) peak a month after this countdown.
