Alan said "Baby Don't Forget My Number" was Milli & Vanilli's second chart topper, but it was actually their first. Their actual second #1 was a few songs later.

For the second airing, they skipped over the Dirt Band. This is just like what happened a few weeks ago when they sometimes skipped over Depeche Mode. Probably some dumb automation issue they'll probably never look over.

For the second airing, they skipped over the Dirt Band. This is just like what happened a few weeks ago when they sometimes skipped over Depeche Mode. Probably some dumb automation issue they'll probably never look over. "Make a Little Magic" was heard in the airing that started at midnight Sat/Sun. And Nina said that "Little Jeannie", which peaked at #3, was Elton John's biggest hit in five years. Actually it was four years, as that week in 1976 he was at #1 with "Don't Go Breaking My Heart". One thing that I'll give Alan credit for getting right: his description of his mother's ambrosia (leading into the same-named band's hit), a combination of grapes, raisins, walnuts, and marshmallows held together with mayonnaise which sounds disgusting indeed. Yogurt would work better with the fruits and nuts, and is healthier besides.
