Mark said Sweet Dreams was Eurythmics 4th album single; really the first. Then he peaked at #2, really a chart topper. Then he said it was top fiver for six, really 7 weeks. That is really strange. I am sure they use Ultimate Music Database which on the right hand side lists the Peak Position, being #1! SMH for such a blatant error!

Weren't the "Sweet Dream" album's singles released in a different order in the UK? Also, I thought the single SD peaked at #2 in the UK.
I think This Is The House was released first, and later on, Love Is A Stranger, and lastly, Sweet Dreams. My brain is all fuzzy at this point in life, (morning, and advanced age) but I swear the order of release of singles was very different in the UK versus the US.
At any rate, the veracity of Wikipedia, or, understanding whether one is considering America or the UK, might never enter the minds of those involved.

Mark slotted All Night Long at #23 before correctly re-placing Lionel @ #28 later in the intro.

What's even more mind boggling is in a recent Casey lite Sweet Dreams was acknowledged as a #1 Alan said Wishing Well set a record 17 weeks to get to #1, beating out Eurythmics. Of course Robert John's Sad Eyes took 21 panels to reach the top.

No Mark Goofman this week... errors should be way down. Funnily they aired an interview he did with Mick Jagger before the show started.

I haven't caught much of this week's show yet, but the one part I did hear, Nina said Night Ranger were moving up a spot when they actually moved down one.

In a big OMG moment, apparently they played the Cheap Trick “Don’t Be Cruel” twice in a row, shutting out Bobby Brown’s first solo outing.
