Alan said Marx Satisfied was one of three #1s from his Repeat Offender album. Richard had three straight chart toppers but Hold Onto The Nights was from his previous self titled release, not RO. Then Nina upped it six, really 14-22.
Never mind, Alan actually mentioned Satisfied was the first release from RO.

Alan said Danny Romalotti's Rock On cover came "17 years" after the original, which charted in late 1973..??

In that same break though he mentioned that Where Are You Now was featured on a Disney sitcom called Liv & Maddie that year, but that show started in 2013.

Also, one of the VJs (Alan or Mark, I don't remember) pronounced the artist of Where Are You Now as SINK, when it's actually pronounced SINCH.

They're playing "Forget Me Nots" at #39 instead of "Murphy's Law".
Now they're playing "Murphy's Law" and saying it's #38? It's supposed to be "Friends In Love". Not even 10 minutes in and it's already becoming a bit of a disaster.

I thought I was crazy. They went from #40 to #37. Hopefully this will be fixed over the weekend. From what it looks like, they mixed up the three songs because "Friends In Love" is next. I hope that's the extent of the mix-up. Plus Mark did say FIL was #38, despite that jingle being played after "Murphy's Law." Speaking of that title, the countdown's so far living up to it.

Looks like they're back on track. Playing "I Don't Know Where To Start" at 36.

Mark said Champlin was the Windy City's lead singer. Some guy by the name of Cetera might disagree w/that.

In their ever changing definition of a hit, Alan said Gloria Jones had a 'classic' w/Tainted Love....it never charted. Then in her weekly chart screw up, Nina ^ S&G one when Susie was really waking up in the same position #27 as the prior panel.

Did Alan refer to Aldo Nova as a band or am I hearing things?

Ironically, it was just three weeks after this show that Chicago made the top 40 for the first time in the 1980s with "Hard To Say I'm Sorry". Peter Cetera sang lead on that and Chicago's subsequent hits through 1985, and Bill Champlin and/or Jason Scheff on the later ones.
