Alan peaked 'Loving You at #7, really a number oner for REO. He probably mixed it up with the actual song that peaked at #7, "While You See A Chance".

Nina said Morning Train was Sheena's 2nd single. The retitled 9 To 5 was her debut in the States.

The first intro was tagged Nina Blunderwood even though it was Alan who said Andy Gibb died from a cocaine addiction. He actually died of myocarditis of which cocaine might have been a contributing factor. So the next segmented was tagged Alan but was Nina. It looks like they fixed the tagging error. Alan said Me was Andy's final charter. Of course he Dreamed his way onto the Hot 100 a few months later with Vicki Principal.

Alan said Gino Vannelli was an 'Italian Stallion'... He was born in Canada. Well, Rocky Balboa wasn't born in Italy but rather in Philadelphia, and that nickname is generally associated with him, so this should get a pass. And Gino is of Italian descent, so this gets a pass.

Well, Rocky Balboa wasn't born in Italy but rather in Philadelphia, and that nickname is generally associated with him, so this should get a pass. And Gino is of Italian descent, so this gets a pass. It's a commonly used phrase for men of Italian ancestry. It doesn't mean they had to be born in Italy Then he said countdown 'Winner was their final top 40. When All Is Said And Done they had one more. Which he also did on the previous 1981 countdown. Funny how Alan ended up introducing the song both times. And what's more, their true final hit was played in the meantime.

Mark said Paul Carrack was one of the greatest voices of the 80s, including Roxy Music. Of course he only played keyboards in his short stint w/RM as their real singer is also on this countdown.
