In her weekly content screw up, Nina said Dan Fogelberg enjoyed almost two decades of top 40s. His first was in 2/75 and last here with Language of Love 9 years later.

They are playing the Rock 'n Soul album Adult Ed, not the guys heavily punched up single version. Let's add some energy to the show by hearing the actual hit.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLYqTZKEpvsHow is this an error?

If you broaden Top 40 to define Adult Contemporary, Dan Fogelberg had a #2 hit "Lonely In Love" in 1987 and the remake "Rhythm of the Rain" in 1990.

Similarly that third single from Two Of A Kind that Mark mentioned was more than likely referring to "Take A Chance" which she sang with John Travolta that hit the AC chart. By the way it's also the B-side to "Twist Of Fate", which I learned from that giant 1982-1991 countdown on The Fox Oldies.

I try to be less wary of the errors on the countdown because that's too much work for me, but Mark mispronouncing Louis Armstrong's name three times is just unacceptable. I haven't listened to the show in ages. So he kept saying Louie instead of Louis? Shame on him.

I'm more used to hearing it the first way. It's Louis. He says it that way himself in "Hello, Dolly." (Thought ya might know that, being from Louisiana and all...☺)
