Surprised that Casey forgot to mention that. I don’t think Casey “forgot.” It wasn’t necessary to mention “Shaft” since it happened before “Imagine.” I rather think that this has slipped through with the editors ...

Who were the three Lewises that were in the Top 40 at the same time? I wasn't paying full attention.

Who were the three Lewises that were in the Top 40 at the same time? I wasn't paying full attention. Didn't hear it wither, but looking at Whitburn it would have to be Barbara ("Baby, I'm Yours"), Gary ("Save Your Heart For Me"), and Ramsey ("The 'In' Crowd"). Checking UMD and they were all in the 40 for 4 weeks in Aug/Sep '65. Just heard the answer, and it is the three Lewises above. But Casey used Barbara and Gary's follow-ups, "Make Me Your Baby" and "Everybody Loves a Clown" along with "The 'In' Crowd". Those three songs were in the 40 for 5 weeks in Oct/Nov '65. Either Barbara/Gary/Ramsey combo works. "The 'In' Crowd" hung in the 40 for a long time, by 1965 standards.

For March 4 I predict 3/6/82. It appears to be between 1982 and 1986 (coincidently, the last two remaining years that haven't been featured as A/standalone yet in 2023) so I'm going with '82 since it was last aired in 2017, as a 'B' no less and then would guess 3/8/86 for the following week. The other possibility is to have 3/1/86 on March 4 then 3/6/82 on March 11.

That show has only gotten one airing so far, which was in 2012. As for 1982, 3/20/82 hasn't been aired since 2017 and if they wanted to hold off even longer on '82, 4/3/82 hasn't aired as an 'A' since 2010 (!)

This week's 1987 show has Bruce Willis in the countdown with his cover of "Respect Yourself". Last week he and his family announced that he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.

In the listing of past 80s shows, I see 3/5/88 for the weekend of 3/11/2017, but maybe that's wrong? 03/11/2017 – 03/08/1980 ("A" show) or 03/05/1988 (R) ("B" show)
