She guest-hosted the 1/8/2011 show, in which no #1 jingle was used. (Anyone know if she guest-hosted any other AT40 shows?)

"Dark side Of the Moon" charted in March 1973. It fell out of the Top 200 LP chart for over a year at some point in the '70s. This album is still in the recurrent chart isn't it, now having logged in over 2000 weeks? I really have no idea. I don't know what a 'recurrent' chart is. My interest in the Billboard charts ended right about the end of the last century.

I liked the story of the “most kissable statue in history” (of course leading into “Kiss” by Prince) Guidarello Guidarelli. I’ve always wanted to go to Italy. Apparently they finally got all the lipstick off the statue from the millions of women who have kissed Guidarello and you can still visit but he’s in a glass case now .

My interest in the Billboard charts ended right about the end of the last century. Billboard's current chart policy takes out albums from the top 200 that are more than 2 years old and they are moved to the "recurrent chart", that is the top albums that were released over two years ago. That policy dates back to the early 2000s or somewhere around there.

It appears that 1980 is on tap for Memorial Day Weekend. 1980 has not been aired since February.

Guess it's time to start speculating on the June shows. My guess is we hear from 1981, 1983, 1984 and 1985. How about the following?
June 5 - 6/9/84 June 12 - 6/11/83 June 19 - 6/20/81 June 26 - 6/22/85
Three of these shows last aired before 2015. It's possible we could have 6/6/81 and 6/23/84 instead of 6/20/81 and 6/9/84 but also looking at July, 7/21/84 looks like a strong candidate and having 1984 on the first week of June would space that year's presentations out a little more.

What about the kissable Blarney Stone in Ireland? If you kiss it, you'll be able to talk for hours. I learned that from a Richard Scarry children's book called "Busy Busy World".

Didn't do anything for me, imo.

6/11/83 would be a no-go--1983 is on tap for Memorial Day weekend. A possible list of shows for June: June 5th: 6/6/87 June 12th: 6/13/81 June 19th: 6/22/85 June 26th: 6/23/84 You'd have to go all the way back to 2015 to find the last time a June 1981 show was offered as an 'A' (oddly enough, 5/16/81 and 7/25/81 have both been played twice in that time after never having been played before), which really opens the whole month up for possible '81 airings. 1985 and 1987 are also due. As for 1984 -- you could get both 6/23/84 and 7/21/84 in the coming months. It would be a quick turnaround, but not out of the question. Another possible sequence would be 6/6/81, 6/8/85, 6/23/84, and 6/27/87...or 6/20/87 followed by 6/23/84 the last weekend in June.

Isn't this the third time this year that a show that hasn't aired in years gets "B" show status rather than "A"?
