Because it's almost 20 years later, and there is a good chance the person who created the ad has no idea there was an AT40 WITHOUT Casey Kasem until 2004.

That's probably true, but the 70s show webpage shows that it only airs through 1978. It's most likely just an editing error, but why couldn't the 80s page be precise as well and only show through 1988?

Hopefully, we will all be able to hear it. WMGA had streaming problems on Sunday but it looks like it is all fixed!

WFCX 94.3 the Fox has discontinued streaming. This link says this.... 943thefoxfm.com/pages/389081.phpPlease accept our apologies for no longer being able to provide our radio stations programming on the web. A decision by the Copyright Royalties Board of the United States has imposed rights fees on the songs we play that we cannot afford. Please click on the link below and register your complaint under the "contact us" button TODAY on the CRB website. www.loc.gov/crb/That station just hired a new PD director. The past one went to a new station this past week. I have a feeling the old PD was paying those fees. I was surprised they were webcasting. Most Northern Michigan stations do not webcast, the money is not there for small market stations in that region. The owners of that station stopped all streaming on all the other Northern Michigan stations. Thus, no more AT40 the 70s and 80s on Sundays from that station anymore.

94.3 FM the Fox has turned their webcasting back on as of last night, as well as their other 2 Northern Michigan stations. Maybe someone did decide to pay the bill. 943thefoxfm.com

Next weekend's (5/12-13) edition of "AT40: The 80s" will feature the show from 5/10/80. Yes, 1980! Hey wow, that was one of the shows that was nixed as a Flashback show back in 2002. Instead, we got a repeat of the May 9, 1987 show, broadcast as a Flashback a year before. And, wasn't April 11, 1981 done earlier this year? Perhaps we'll hear June 6, 1981 and July 26, 1980 later on this year. That would be cool. Of course, I don't have access to the channel that runs them, but I do have CD copies of the shows. Perhaps I'll listen to them, just for the fun of it.
