Listening now to CKWW, and if Casey had predicted next week's number 1 song, I think he would have predicted Use Me jumping from 6 to 2.

"I Go Crazy" was only one spot away from hitting the Top 40 for the 10-15-77 episode. It would end its Top 40 run on 4-15-78! That’s a crazy stat… :-)

Listening now to CKWW, and if Casey had predicted next week's number 1 song, I think he would have predicted Use Me jumping from 6 to 2. The predicting the #1 song segment didn't start until late November 1972 and lasted until December 1973. Also: I hope this October 16-17, 2021 weekend for AT40: The 70's A show is 10/18/1975, if it is, then one of the OPTIONAL EXTRAS could be "Lady Marmalade" by Labelle to pay tribute to the late Labelle member Sarah Dash.

Weekend of 10/16 'A' show...1975!! Should be 10/18/75, which hasn't been played as an 'A' show since 2013 (it got a 'B' show spin in 2017).

Are the extras introduced by Larry M or are they WQMV's own extras? This show has been played on either ReelRadio or the iheart 50's channel in the past...can't remember which one.

I wonder what the "B" show will be. My guess is October 16, 1976 - which has only gotten one play so far, in 2016.

^Extras are introduced by Larry M. I wonder if Premiere has done that for ALL its special shows? Because we’ve heard Larry Morgan- voiced optional extras for shows like the Disappearing Acts specials, which mostly have music from the 1950s/60s and so aren’t generally offered to 70s/80s AT40 affiliates (with the exceptions of the Christmas shows.)

They have already done that for all 4th of July specials, but I didn't know they had already done that for the 10/4/75 special show as well. I wonder if they have done that for all other special shows, too.
