I finally found a station carrying the 1978 Mark Elliott Special. KOZI from Whelan, WA. This show began airing at 6:00 p.m.(CST) or 4:00 p.m. (PST). According to the Station entry on the current AT40 Stations 1970's list this show will be replayed tomorrow at the same time. Unfortunately they cut-off the program at 10:00 PM without playing number one.

I put that station into dar fm to record so I could listen later this evening but kozi was not the one with the countdown so I ended up missing it entirely so they must have more than one stream. Any other station that actually works correctly that's running the 78 version ?

dam uses the FM stream. The special was on their AM stream. I was hoping to get a copy of this show. Hopefully, I'll be able to get the 80s show (I know one is playing. Hopefully it will record correctly) and some station will play the 70s show tomorrow.

I’ve been wondering why dar does that, There are several stations that must have two streams, so aggravating. I too was hoping to get to hear it.

Just noticed that on the '77 show, even though "Undercover Angel" was only in it's 2nd week and was a big mover, the second verse was still cut out. Nothing a 'lil Supersizing can't fix, just starting on WTOJ!

What's up with Premiere not playing the theme from "Shaft"?-Is it because listeners would cringe when they hear Isaac Hayes utter a certain obscenity? Isaac Hayes in 2002 at Uk´s famous Glastonbury festival performing "Shaft" live: www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDOH3ViMmCM

You need to use this, not the default. It might repeat at 7pm EDT: prod-54-159-61-52.wostreaming.net/icicle-koziamaac-hlsc4.m3u8

The late Isaac Hayes was a radio personality on WRKS in New York during the mid to late 90's-He subsequently provided the voice of Chef on the animated series "South Park".

On this weekend's show from 5/14/77,Casey mentioned that Eddie Holland reached # 30 in 1962 with a song called "Jamie"-Casey also noted that Eddie achieved greater success as a songwriter-He was part of that outstanding triumverate of Holland Dozier Holland that reigned supreme at Motown in the 60's-Interesting to note that Lamont Dozier went on to score a pair of top forty hits in 1974:"Tryin'To Hold On To My Woman" & "Fish Ain't Bitin".

Hats off to Ken Martin for what he does! Yes indeed. Managed to wake up in time to hear the second half of the show, from 20-1. Excellent.
