Well, it appears that Premiere loves the 6/17/78 show (aired as an 'A' show in 2011 and 2013, and now as a 'B' show), and does not seem to want to air the 6/10/78 show. Guess you're happy if you like Chic's "Everybody Dance"... As for the '72 show--something told me I should have made that my first guess last week. Oh well...makes sense. We're due for a '72, and it would be mid-late July before Premiere could play one again unless they repeated a show from the last few years.

Prediction for next week's show...well unless the recent posting is inaccurate, it sounds like it should be 6/22/74. Not much else to say about that...

Prediction for next week's show:6/22/74-Not sure if Premiere has already aired that one. The 6/22/74 show aired previously in 2009. If we get this show, the optional extras may be different. When last aired, the optional extras were by Elton John, Jim Croce and Dave Loggins. This webpage shows which shows have been aired (and if so, how many times as the "A" show), which shows have not, and which shows cannot (guest hosted): www.at40fan.info/at40/at401970s_shows.html

^^ The page shows the total number of times a show has aired, including both as an "A" or "B" show.

Well, we already know what next week's show will be. (And obviously, there is no "B" show.) www.charismusicgroup.com/Cue%20Sheets/06-22-74.pdfWhat we don't know, is what the extras will be. Well...correction. I know what they'll be. And 80sat40fan is correct - in fact, none of the extras from 2009 repeat this time. They will, however, all still share the common trait that those had of being Top 10 hits. EDIT: Oh wait. I thought Andy Kim was a 2009 extra when I was looking at the week's Hot 100; Jim Croce didn't even come close to the Top 10. My bad. This time's extras did, though - that's not a mistake. With not many left to choose from after eliminating three, there's a good chance of someone guessing all three this time. Good luck!

Extras are: The Rolling Stones - Rip This Joint (from the week's #1 album Exile on Mainstreet, and this week's sole original extra) Kind of surprised that Premiere kept this one, given the 'druggy' nature of the song. Heck, the whole LP is pretty 'druggy'! I'm surprised they kept the very last line of the long story-song, "Taxi" by Harry Chapin: "...I go flying so high, when I'm stoned."
