This station is not listed. I don't know if they play the optional extras, so here is the info. monsterousradio.com from Capitol Site, Cebu City, Philippines plays: AT40 The 80’s- Wednesday at 9:00 PM (Local Time). Which means, Wednesday 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) AT40 The 70’s- Sunday at 6:00 AM (Local Time). Which means, Saturday 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) [ Source: Monsterous Radio Facebook page, Dec-10-2013]

KOKZ just played the fourth-hour Optional Extra. I don't know about hours 1 thru 3 as of yet.
The list of stations doesn't say whether or not the station airs the Optional Extras. After today, that may need to be updated.

I thought maybe KOKZ had to block AT40 for U.S. online listeners.

KOKZ did not record at all on dar.fm, but AT40 was definitely there on its online stream from its website when I tried it late in hour #2.

Appears that 2NUR was dropped from the list incorrectly back in June along with a couple of other Australian stations that it is not affiliated with. Caught the original closing theme right at 11 pm EDT tonight when the show was ending. Station needs to be added back to the list, and also I have included the new streaming link. Saturday 8 pm - 11 pm (through March 8 and starting November 8, 2014) 9 pm -midnight (March 15-29 and October 4-November 1, 2014) 10 pm - 1 am Sunday (April 6-September 27, 2014) (Sunday noon to 3 pm LOCAL TIME) 2NUR-FM - Easy Listening 103.7 - University of Newcastle, Newcastle, NSW, Australia tunein.com/radio/2NURFM-1037-s7006/Usually inserts its own extras (some exclusive Australian extras). Does not play Premiere extras. Also edits out all Premiere hour-opening introductions and closing Premiere credits.

WDNY Dansville NY Their website says they air AT40: The70s Saturday at 9am ET/2pm UK I could not find the player on their website. This station is on Dar.fm This stream link is for an AAC stream player etc. Sounds pretty good.
http://api.orpanc.net/listen/wdnyam3.pls
Their player isn't very big on their website. Under the green banner that says News, Radio stations etc...to the right right under contact us, it says listen live in green. Under that there are some little logos. If you click on the WDNY one it launches the player. They are very small though. The link it threw up was player.zycast.net/orpanc_v1/index.php?station=wdnyam&brand=geneseemedia
