Gang, I think that WGHN might've dropped the show. Tried tunin' in just now. 'Into the '70s' was on, instead. I heard the 80s show last night on this station. They just started the 70s AT40 show at 7pm ET. Must be a time shift change for just this week.

Scotty Hart of WLIX-LP in Ridge, New York confirms his station is carrying both editions of classic AT40: 80s - Friday 8pm 70s - Saturday 8pm. www.wlix.fm/

Is there any NON-Christmas station likely to NOT play the 1971 show. Is there anyone out there likely to go rogue this weekend?

Again, for formatting... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday 8 pm - Midnight WLIX-LP - Long Island's Easy Favorites - Ridge NY 94.7 FM www.wlix.fmNOTE: Station has its own player, but this player does not have its own link. There are, however, links to listen in Windows Media Player and two other players that I don't immediately recognize (though I think one is WinAmp). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gang, I think WOGL's schedule needs to be amended. For quite some time, in this time slot, they've been runnin' the '80s show, NOT the '70s.

WOGL played the 1976 countdown last week, so they are not entirely and apparently playing AT40-80's each and every week.

Interesting playlist they've got, looking at what they've played the last few days, with songs from the 1950s-80s. Some Christmas songs mixed in now, but not all the time, so I'm guessing they played the regular 1971 AT40 last weekend, and 1970 next.

Yes, i just heard them play Elvis-Heartbreak Hotel
No idea if they do extras as i just stumbled across it. They did have a sweeper that said "the new 102.7 The Wolf" so it may have recently flipped from another format.
5pm UK is a good time for me as well
Looking at their playlist, i really don't think they will have a problem with early 70s shows

To my AT 40 friends and fellow posters:
I have really enjoyed maintaining our list of AT 40 stations over the years, but am looking for someone else to take over the reigns.
It's been a labor of love, but I'm ready to move on from this particular project.
I'm going to post this message in both the 70s and 80s stations list thread.
Please let me know if you're interested - thanks!

Gang, I've observed that KMCH, Manchester, IA, DOESN'T play the OEs, now.
