It's a good alternative, although the feed is in mono.

I'm surprised this has stayed off the first page as long as it has. I have a reason to bump it up, though... This station is now WODC, and has been since September 29. I'm amazed that nobody else caught this. That's really the only change to be made, though. Of note: This is the same station that used to be WFCB - that "small town" station that petitioned Mellencamp to play small towns, as told this weekend on 12/26/87.

I had no idea that they changed call letters either - but I guess I haven't listened to many of these stations since they changed over to 24/7 Xmas music. Thanks for the update!

Whoops! I forgot to add something else - their positioner is now "Oldies 93.3" rather than "Soft Rock 93.3", so the "softrock" in both their links can be changed to "oldies" as well: www.oldies933fm.com/pages/pp_mikeeiland.html - playlist link I overlooked that in my zeal to post about the call letter change the first time.

Well, the 2CA website does still show 2 airing days for Casey, so maybe it's just a holiday thing??

Anyone else in Hampton Roads Virginia?? Hope we can count on Magic 105.3 to have the show this Sunday, 1-1-12 at 8am. It is always slightly fearful when something hasn't been on in six weeks that it's either eliminated or rescheduled. Thanks to anyone who can provide any reassurance. I have other online options, but it's just nice to hear on the radio. If not I'll listen to WUPE Sunday evening at 7pm. Thanks and Happy New Year to everyone. This is such a super site to talk about our favs from the 70's and 80's BIG :-)

Wonder what WMGN might repeat next week ...since this week they are doing an AT40 Marathon.
Better pray for a New Year's miracle lasvegaskid that they repeat the 12-22-79 show.

Wouldn't WMGN be likely to repeat the top 40 of 1973 in that repeat spot? We should all send emails of thanks to their PD for the opportunity to catch some of these shows an extra time.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of stations wind up repeating the top 40 of 1973 countdown next week, unless they choose to go into their archives and dig out another show at random, if that's possible.

It's 9a Central and no AT40 on 2CA. Last week it didn't run either, right?

I tried to email the contact info for 2CA with no luck, something in error with address or server.

While I have not gotten full confirmation yet, it does not appear that either the 70s or 80s edition of AT40 are airing on KEDG any longer. Neither aired last Sunday after the Christmas holidays music, and the shows have been removed from the website where they used to be before.
I emailed the pd on Monday about it and have not gotten a reply. I assume though it's gone.

Our mates down under in Canberra had Casey streaming on schedule early Sunday morning. (With a few minor glitches) Their website still promotes a midweek rebroadcast: www.2ca.com.au/onair/40-at40Let's see what happens Tuesday. One of the nice things about 2CA's stream is that it's compatible with RealPlayer Downloader. Very easy to get a recording!
