I love KOLA FM, but they hardly play extras. They play lots of commercials and hardly ever play Shuckatoom at the end in its entirety ( KKLZ in Las Vegas does play all extras. They're a great station. Clear as a bell. Here's another question if anybody knows. What stations play Shuckatoom in full at the end of closing (whenever there's a show with Shuckatoom of course)?

I check every week on yes.com to make sure the stations are still playing AT40 the 70s (as well as to check for new stations). According to yes.com all three stations are still playing the show at the times listed. KMXZ and WXLY stream; WLDE does not. I have also identified a new station playing the show. It's WJGH in Jacksonville, Florida. It plays the show on Sundays at 8:00 EST. The website is iammagic.com and it does stream (I listened to some of the show from this site this morning.)

KMXZ in Tucson - does anyone listen to this station?
According to atruefan and yes.com, they play AT 40 - 70s - on Saturday nights at 11 pm.
But there was NOTHING on their website about the show, so I e-mailed them - hopefully I'll hear back for some type of confirmation.

WXLY - Charleston SC - Y102.5 - I see that yes.com shows them playing the songs from AT 40 - but I see nothing on their website that they play the program.
Does anyone listen to this station?
I sent an e-mail to confirm this.

KQMA has apparently moved the show back to 4pm EST.
And they don't play extras, at least not this week. I'm pretty sure they usually do, though.

I went through the stations I monitor on yes.com and found that the following stations played ALL the extras this week. Keeping up with this could be difficult as stations could decide some weeks to play all of them and the next week play none. I found several that played only the first extra - those are not included. The stations that this week played all the extras are:
XHPRS KOOI KOFX WTIX WJDX WBBT WGRR WWSW WJGH WLIF KODJ KVMX

What stations play Shuckatoom in full at the end of closing (whenever there's a show with Shuckatoom of course)? WORC-FM (but only because they hardly have non-Premiere commercials).

What mainly determines how long the closing theme is played may be due to time left to hit the top of the hour(although not so important now to many stations nowadays),lack of spots etc.

I agree with what you're saying - but if anything, at least people are aware of which stations on the list "might" play the optional extras, as opposed to which ones don't....the choice is theirs.
