I just tuned into this station so I could catch the start of the 70's countdown this weekend. But discovered it had already started and was at #28. So I assume the time for this should instead say 3 pm - 6 pm. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunday 4 pm - 7 pm KQMA - Phillipsburg KS 92.5 FM www.kkankqma.com/newmedia.php-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You are, however, correct that dropping AT40: The 70s is practically a given. ----- Footnote: I wiki-ed the station, and it turns out that one of their rivals, KCKS, is also changing to Pop - and they initiated their change the day after KCEZ did. Ha!

Anyway, KCEZ in Chico CA , did not online the AT40 The 70´s show, it played filler music instead. That was in its online stream. But of course, no in its terrestrial output. On the other hand, someone in an AT40 Facebook group has wrote: Sundays 10 am . It has to be PST . Which would be: 97.5 KABX, Merced, Modesto, Fresno, California : SUNDAYS at 07.00 EST, 07 am EST. www.975kabx.com/shows/Casey%20Casem.shtmlIt seems it has no stream facility and it is only terrestrial 97,5 FM. I dont know if this one is already mentioned. Apologizes if so.

My town now RUNS BOTH American Top 40-The 70s and 80s. CKUL KOOL FM Halifax, NS Canada Saturdays-The 70s-8-11 am local time (7-10 am EST) Sundays-The 80s-8-NOON local time (7-11 am EST) and yes they stream..... www.kool965fm.ca/The show has been on a couple of months now, and has been consistently run correctly. The only disadvantage is that the station produces their own "AT 40 extra's" to help cover the Canadian content regulations associated with Canadian radio. An extra is always a Canadian song. Usually in Canada we don't black out anything to the internet that is on air. I never did understand that one.

CKRU is similar. After they play the Premiere extra, they always play another song, by a Canadian artist. I get a kick out of their weather forecasts. "2 centimeters of snow tonight" which translates to about an inch.

"2 centimeters of snow tonight" which translates to about an inch. I like CKRU, when I have the time to hear it, since many of the Canadian hits they play as extras weren't US hits; I don't necessarily like them all, but they're something different. Also, regarding weather, remember they give the temperature in Celsius, where 0 degrees (freezing) equals 32 Fahrenheit degrees, so "high tomorrow of 1" is not nearly as frigid as it would be coming from an American forecaster.
