----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunday 6 pm - 10 pm WWZW - 3WZ - Classic 96.7 - Lynchburg - Lexington - Buena Vista (VA) 96.7 FM v5.player.abacast.com/v5.1/player/index.php?uid=6538 UPDATE JULY 16, 2013 - According to poster jimmyg: For the second time in the last four weeks, 3WZ did not air the top two songs in the countdown. The internet feed also skips back often (I heard Steal Away three times tonight). I would just be careful about relying on this station to air the complete show. Plays Optional Extras----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now airing on Saturdays in this timeslot instead of Sundays.

Saturday 6 pm - 10 pm WWZW - 3WZ - Classic 96.7 FM Buena Vista/Lexington VA
Pizzzzza, when you transferred this station last week from the Sunday daypart to Saturday you inadvertently left the Sunday heading over the listing. Also, when I sampled the stream, the station was playing the Dick Bartley show instead of AT 40 - The 80's during the 6 pm - 10 pm time period. Hopefully, it was due to some sort of delay in the programming from an earlier broadcast of some type of sports or seasonal presentation. It certainly bears monitoring in the coming weeks to validate whether or not they have really moved the AT 40 show to this new day slot. The website substantiates this new Saturday schedule, so for now it should remain in place on the AT 40 Fun & Games Site. P.S. The Dick Bartley show isn't even listed on the 3WZ website, so the intrigue intensifies. Let's hope Casey hasn't been replaced by another legend in the syndicated radio universe.

Pizzzzza-Some weeks I've noticed that WQSR has a large commercial load & therefore most or all of the optional extras don't get played-You might want to make a note of that.

Re WWIS, is it normal for them to run *very* long? Today's show from start to finish was 4 hours 26 minutes. If that's normal, should it be noted here, for those recording to add some extra fill to their dar.fm or manual recording?

Yes. WWIS goes 4 Hours 10 Minutes to 4 Hours 30 Minutes every Friday and watch out if they have sports in a blue moon.

Yes. WWIS goes 4 Hours 10 Minutes to 4 Hours 30 Minutes every Friday and watch out if they have sports in a blue moon. The variation in time depends on how many people died in Black River Falls and surrounding Jackson County in the previous week--I kid you not! The always run obituaries at the top of the 4PM CT hour. Sometimes there are a LOT of obituaries! The quirks of small town, local radio. Which I'll take any day over a generic Cheap, er, Clear Channel/Cumulus Broadcasting cookie-cutter station!

Has WTRV dropped Casey? They are all-Christmas now but even though they played the Christmas specials last year, no Casey program was played at 6 pm or 7 pm at all tonight.

Two weeks ago, I tried listening to Casey on WMMX, and got Christmas music. I switched my DAR.FM account over to WRIP, and forgot to switch it back this week. Does anyone know if they still play Casey, or are they done until Christmas music is over?
