So do you think they've changed the broadcast time, or was this a one time thing?

So do you think they've changed the broadcast time, or was this a one time thing? Well...I just tried tuning into their station now to see if it'd be on, and what I got - was nothing. I mean nothing, no sound what-so-ever. What in the name of all f**kery is up with this station???

For the second time in the last four weeks, 3WZ did not air the top two songs in the countdown. The internet feed also skips back often (I heard Steal Away three times tonight). I would just be careful about relying on this station to air the complete show.

Regarding station KOOI - Sunny 106.5FM - Tyler/Longview TX ...
They did in fact carry AT 40 - The '80's this past Sunday. The show started a bit late - around 4:15 PM EDT. It was immediately preceded by AT 40 - The '70's which began shortly after 1 PM EDT. It appears the station has returned to spiritual programming on Sunday AMs offering syndicated fare such as "Powerline" which was revived on May 31st after a two-year hiatus. Hopefully, this helps to clarify the scheduling snafu.
As for not receiving a signal or any sound from this outlet, this may be due to the fact that the streaming link is outdated on the '80's listings. About a month ago I posted a thread on the '70's board listing stations needing player updates (all of which are part of the Surfer Player network). These links were immediately updated. Now there are still a couple updates needed on the '80's board including KOOI. Once this action is completed everyone should hear AT 40 clearly this weekend on KOOI.
Concerning station WBBI - Big 107.5FM - Binghamton NY ...
I completely concur with senior member "Mike" and full member "Top40Collector" over the format flip. This station has completely "gone country". What a shame since they only recently added AT 40. Two Binghamton stations have dropped the show in the last year. It's definitely safe to remove them from their former 9 AM EDT time slot.

pizzzzza - got another station for you that appears to have picked up the AT40 - 80's shows: Sunday 9 am - 12 pm (8 - 11 am CT) KGOR - Superhits 99.9 - Omaha, NE 99.9 FM www.iheart.com/live/3344/?autoplay=trueThey only show a 3-hour window for this station, but are showing the 7/24/82 show as scheduled for this week (and listing all 40 songs). So either they only play a 3-hour truncated version of the shows, or the schedule is not accurate. A few additional trivial facts--this is the station on which I began listening to the show when I was a kid. Back then their moniker was "KGOR - Rock 100", and they aired AT40 from 7 - 11 pm on Sundays between 1977 and 1982. A few of the shows that include KGOR station mentions are: 7/29/78, 6/2/79, 7/26/80, and 8/15/81.

In reference to the previous post from senior member "wahoo":
What a great new addition to the AT 40 - The '80's listings. As a postscript, be sure to include the station link to the weekly playlist. Once you access the KGOR website, go to the "Blogs" tab. From there, you'll find the "Best of American Top 40 w/Casey Kasem" folder. You know the drill from there. Not only a great new station, but a wonderful story to boot. Well Done!!!

Hi Pizzzzza. Here are some beneficial enhancements for the '80's board listings... These stations provide weekly playlists for current & recent countdowns: Sunday 8am - noon WMXY - Mix 98.9 FM Youngstown OH www.mix989.com/pages/pp_casey_kasem.html Sunday 9am - noon (8a - 11a CDT) KGOR - Superhits 99.9 FM Omaha NE www.kgor.com/pages/CaseyKasemsAmericanTop40.html I hope these links behave & activate for you. If not, you'll have to once again "work your magic". Remember, I'm the rookie -- you're the artiste & creator! This station is the last remaining holdout with the old, broken Surfer Player streaming link. Saturday 9pm - 1am (8p - midnight CDT) KCLH - Classic Hits 94.7 FM La Crosse WI The link can be copied from the Saturday 7am listing where its already been updated. Much obliged!!! jgsynergy

Saturday 2 pm - 6 pm (Show REPEATS Sunday at 2 pm) KZOY - Sunny Radio - Where It's Always In The 80s - Sioux Falls/Brandon SD 92.1 FM and 1520 AM The new station link streaming link: radio.securenetsystems.net/radio_player_large.cfm?stationCallSign=KZOY New streaming as I am listening to WT40-80'S today as on their website: streamdb3web.securenetsystems.net/v5/KZOYA better stream window that shows process of a song (elapsed time) playing when there's no radio show. I don't know if the old link still works after Amazing 80's is over 2:00 PM FT.
