Thanks for the early notice, by the way. They have been much better recently about promoting American Top 40. Ya know, sometimes I think SiriusXM actually cares that they present this show!

Hahaha! Correct! Did Jaybeau send you an advance copy of the show? Well done! I wonder if Men At Work got the idea for their song Dr. Heckle & Mr. Jive from the title of the England Dan & John Ford Coley album title?! Hmmm.

May 15-16, 2021: Now let’s go back to this week in 1979 - Randy Bachman, May 12, 1979. (Recap left in) What is the correct pronunciation of Bachman? In the 70s and 80s, I thought it was Baakman and then somebody convinced me that the Canadian pronunciation of the name was Backman. Now Randy Bachman pronounced it Baakman. I'm going to have to re-learn it again. Baakman, Baakman, Baakman.

Perhaps England Dan and John Ford Coley were the inspiration!

Wheel of Casey: March 22, 1975. (This is the third week they've gone consecutively year by year, as their 60s show has done.) Notorious Timothy just played at #30--Casey called the group the BOYS--always thought it was pronounced the BOOEES (the Buoys).
