AT40.com has Hot AC top 40 charts dating back to December 2001, so the first two years of them would be under Casey's AT40 tenure. They are full top 40 charts, though, and I don't recall Casey hosting AC/Hot AC countdowns with 40 songs (I could be wrong about that.)
The lists of what AT20 might be playing if it were still on aren't exactly the same as the top half of the corresponding Hot AC AT40s that Ryan counts down, but overall the mix of songs is very similar.

The charts for AT20 are the top 20 of the official Mediabase HAC chart, that Casey used on AT20. Speaking of that, I have made a medley of all the #1 songs on the Hot AC chart (April 1994-present, R&R 1994-December 2006, Mediabase Dec 2006-2016). These match Casey's Hot 20/American Top 20 HAC, with perhaps a few weeks during the time AT20 used their own chart circa 2000. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7qjj9Gii3uuZwQCetp92N_JxWhegOrbZ
