There are reallly so many of them, but some of my favorite Casey's liners include:
We're on our way to the number one song in the U.S.A. ... Radio plays 'em, Radio & Records ranks 'em and we count'em down on... These are the records you're buyin' and radio stations are playin' from coast to coast... From Hollywood I'm Casey Kasem and from New York City, New York here's... From the rising stars to the super stars we have'em for ya on American Top 40 We're just a hit away from the number one song in the U.S.A. but first at number two... Who'll have the number one song this week? There's only one way to find out let the countdown begin... Five years ago this week the number one song in the U.S.A. was ... who'll have (dance at, rain at, depending on the song's or act's title) the number one song this week? We're just five big hits from the answer as the countdown dances on... I'm Casey Kasem, AT40 originates in Hollywood... Wherever you are and wherever you go you can hear Casey's Top 40 every week in the fifty states and around the world on great radio stations like... This is Casey counting down on American Top 40 and we won't stop til we reach the top... I'm Casey Kasem and the countdown doesn't stop until we get to the top... Coming up on American Top 40/20/10 a long distance dedication from a... ... and the countdown rolls on The smaller the numbers the bigger the hits We've got four big ones to go on our way to number one... We're counting down now to the latest hit by... ... until the next week when once again we count down the fourty biggest hits in the U.S.A. Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars, and leave your radio/dial tuned right where it is.

"Hello again everybody, and welcome to Casey's Top 40. I'm Casey Kasem, and I'm all set to countdown the 40 biggest hits on the Pop chart. Our rankings come from an official survey of radio stations from coast to coast; this survey is conducted by Radio & Records, the industry's #1 newspaper. Well, we have (...) big debut(s) this week, including (a) brand new hit(s) by (...). But before we start counting 'em down, let's take a moment to check out the top of the chart last week. At #3, "(...), by (...). At #2, "(...), by (...). And at #1 for the first week/for the (...) week in a row, "(...)", by (...). Will (...) get a (...) week at #1? Only one way to find out: let the countdown begin!"
"The hits don't stop 'til we reach the top!"
"Radio plays 'em, Radio & Records ranks 'em, and we count 'em down. On Casey's Top 40, I'm Casey Kasem."
"Coming up..." etc, etc
"Every week on Casey's Top 40 you know how your favorite songs are doing on the national chart."
"We're on our way to #1/to the top (...) songs this week. But before that, let's check out the tops of the other charts."
"And there you have 'em: the 40 biggest songs on the Pop chart, according to Radio & Records. Casey's Top 40 is produced by Westwood One and created by Casey Kasem." etc, etc

Here's a vintage piece... "Every week, the whole world listens as we count down the 40 most popular songs in the USA. Outside our fifty states, AT40 is heard in 15 foreign cities circling the Earth, and most of the rest of the planet served by over 350 American Forces radio outlets."

In addition to my favorite, "Hello again everybody and welcome to American Top 40," (or variations on that theme) simply because that phrase would be followed by three or four terrific hours, I used to love
"from the rocky shores of Maine to the sandy shores of Hawaii..."

Wow! It appears you mentioned most of Casey's liners.
This one you would hear when Casey would announce the local station ID before returning to the countdown.
"You've found it! American Top 40/20/10 on (Station Call Letters and / or name )"
It felt very fitting, if you were traveling out of town and did not know the local station that aired Casey. I would go up and down the radio dail. Once I found the station, it felt really good to hear Casey say, "You've found it......"

An underrated Casey line: "Every week, American Top 40 is heard in the 50 states and around the world on great radio stations like ..." I think it's a nice gesture of Casey all these years to mention the affiliates that carried his programs over the years. In Tampa, Casey was historically heard on:
WILZ: August 1973 through end of year WLCY/WYNF: Remainder of 1970s at least. Don't know if Casey remained there in the early 80's. WRBQ: Either 1982 or 1983 through his finale (Did Q105 continue AT40 when Shadoe took over?). Currently airs AT40: The '70s. WFLZ: Aired Casey's Top 40 for several years (Don't know when they started exactly) until Casey would bring back AT40. WFLZ has also carried AT40 from its' relaunch and continues airing the show with Ryan Seacrest. WMTX: Don't remember this but mstgator has mentioned they carried AT20 for a few years until 2008.
I think that's all of Casey Kasem's Tampa homes radiowise.
