Thanks for the memory. I remember places like this here in the South called Stuckey's, that had food, gas and a little restaurant attached to it--plus a great place to buy gifts or games for those long road trips.

Stuckey’s is still around, and I’m pretty sure some of the souvenirs and tchotchkes are still the same ones that were on the shelves 30 years ago

I knew of an old Stuckey's Truck Stop on I-80 in Odessa, Ne that turned into a short lived strip club.
