Update from the site (time is ET): Thanks for updating but since the station is based in Texas the stated times are CENTRAL time. Hmm. I thought it was Eastern time. Corrected. ETA: I see why I thought it was ET. Their phone number has a 516 area code, which is Nassau County, NY.

I'm not terribly technologically advanced. I record Casey off of DAR site, but they don't cover internet-only stations....so what other tech should i get to record such shows as this. Thanks!

I know there's other software out there, but I've used Audacity for years now and it's treated me well. You can use the WASAPI feature to play the stream and record on the same computer without having to loopback with an audio patch cable. That's what I'm using right now in fact. Another good one is Sound Tap--I think it maybe set up to record straight from internet streams.

IIRC, 1978 is next, and then 1982. It basically starts with 1980 and then goes alternating in opposite directions - 1980, 1979, 1981, 1978, 1982, 1977, 1983, etc.
I wasn't expecting 1981 to air so soon (but glad it is, I am really enjoying it!), but I certainly wouldn't expect 1978 to air anytime soon. I'm sure it takes a ton of time and work to put each one together. But when it's your labor of love, it's not as much work as it is fun.

I hope in June there's AMC 1982 next. Sam says he'll be taking a bit of a break before starting the next one (which is 1978). I probably wouldn't expect it before Fall.

Great show indeed!
Does anyone have a list of songs that they played that weren't Top 40 hits? (I'm also looking for such a list for the 1979 show to see if I can find the "mystery 1979 song" (long story!) on it).

Really enjoyed the 1981 show. Good timing also - I was really missing the AT40 on Sunny Radio. Sunny has stopped streaming.

Too bad. I was hoping they would replay 1980 soon as I missed two segments on my recording of the replay last month. Fortunately I did get 1979 and 1981.
