Thank you for posting! There are a lot of these shows I have never heard before, especially those in the 50s and 60s category.

I caught the end of 1971 year end countdown and am listening to 1972 show and it seems that the tentative times are correct. Hopefully it will stay on schedule.Enjoy!

I am listening to the top 100 of 1998 and they should be playing #37 right now but instead are repeating #52. And now #51. Hopefully this gets corrected soon or the remaining schedule may be thrown off.

I am listening to the top 100 of 1998 and they should be playing #37 right now but instead are repeating #52. And now #51. Hopefully this gets corrected soon or the remaining schedule may be thrown off. Well, the top 100 of 1998 just finished and mostly good things happened. It did run #100 - #38 with no problems, and then after a break it came back at #52 and played every song all the way to #1, so #52 - #38 were played twice, but all 100 songs were played and it finished at about 4:45. The only other minor little things were that in #10, a station break unexpectedly came on and the last 30 seconds (approx.) of the song weren't heard, and at the tail end of #8 there were about 15 seconds of garbled speak, a little in the last 5 seconds of the song and a little while Casey was speaking. Overall it was a very enjoyable listen and I am glad I tuned in. Thanks.

Judging from the shows listed and previous practice, it appears that Premiere/Clear Channel/iHeart probably has rights to rerun Casey's later (1998-2003) AT40s, but not his Westwood One-era (1989-98) countdowns.
It's unfortunate that they don't fit more neatly into a particular decade, which might allow the regular countdowns to be rerun. As it is, a little under two years of the 1990s and four years of the 2000s really doesn't work.

Both issues Mitchm noted from the 1998 show should be fixed for the next play, thanks for posting.

Of course I am late to the party....will the Top 100 of 1998 play again today on the 4th, starting at 9:00 pm eastern and playing until 4:40 am on 7/5? I just tuned in and sort of expected to be hearing it, but maybe it finished early?

The program is a little shorter than originally calculated, so it should finish at closer to 4:00 AM. See previous posts on this page.
