1994 is due...however, 8/13 and 8/20 have already aired in the series, so hopefully 1994 is held off until late August to play 8/27. (Also to mention 1994 has already been repeated once, the 9/17 show last year.) 2001 is also due, and any August show would be new to the series, as is 1996 (but likely won't hear 1996 this month since it was played in July). Can't rule anything out at this point.
With 1993 leading the pack with number of shows played, ironically, none of them are repeats. Looking at September though, three of the four 1993 shows have already been played, with 9/25 the sole unaired show (unsure if it was guest-hosted).
The last couple of weeks were easier to predict, but I'll have to think more on this one. Stay tuned.
ETA: I'll go with two new ones the next couple of weeks: 8/18/2001 next weekend (assuming it's not guest-hosted), and 8/22/1998 the weekend of 8/24. If 1994 isn't played either of those weeks, I'll go with 8/27 the weekend of 8/31.
I could be way off on these, but we'll see how it shakes out...

I've been having problems listening to this past week's shows online. They've been having dead air for at least 3 days now. Does anybody know what's going on?

Hmm, maybe send an e-mail to them on the CT40 website or post on their CT40 FB page to see what is going on and then I think you should get a response, as normally the streaming works in the United States. Why it doesn't work for you is puzzling to me...

I've been having issues with the ACC Rewind show too. Nothing plays. The current CT40 episode plays just fine though.

Well, sometimes they like to play a curveball once in a while, and that's what they've decided to do this week by choosing August 14, 1999. Yes it is a new show, but imho kind of too soon to hear 1999 again. On the other hand they may decide to push 1999 more in the second half, so who knows?
At least the online streams for some affiliates that run it in the morning still work, at least for me...

And that is the last new show from August 1999; everything from this point on would be a repeat. And it's the first month of the series to be exhausted (September 1993 is close as well). This still gives October 1999 an outside shot at airing this year; none of the five shows have been played yet in the series (assuming none are guest-hosted).
Checking the CT40 website, now both CT40 and ACC Rewind have "dead air"; the CT40 show played just fine for me earlier in the week. Glad I caught it when I did.

And now we finally get an August 2001 show to the rewind rotation, August 25, 2001 to be exact even though the aircheck has the full program (including the first hour that the rewind show doesn't have).
That being said, February 2001, April 2001, and December 2001 have yet to see any of their shows be aired, maybe that will happen late this year or early next year.

WW1 still only give us the tight 3 minutes of a song. Chris Cagle's 'Laredo' was edited.

Another show where the "My Kind of Country, My Kind of Music jingle" is cut off, indicates that this show is from September 1, 1990. I don't think they've aired that show before yet, so it is a new program to them. Seems like 1990, 1991, and early 1992 are the most noticeable areas of jingle cut offs.

9/1/1990 is indeed new. Lists are updated.
Years that haven't had any September shows aired yet are 1992, 1997, 1998, and 1999. 1999 also hasn't had any October shows aired yet either, and with the recent 7/17 and 8/14 airings, makes that month more likely than September.

Well, here it is, Sept. 1st, and WYOT still hasn't moved the rewind show, back to 4pm central, Sundays. Wonder who made that faux pas, to move it to 9 AM?

Probably someone from the higher management team like they have the power to do so but I think they're also doing it to avoid pre-emptions sometimes.

I dunno ... maybe someone in management who figured this was the best time for "ACC Rewind" to air, to draw in listenership and advertising dollars ... and at the same time figured that other programming at the previous time (if I read correctly, 4 p.m. Sundays) was better for other programming? Scary to think I'm saying this and sounding like some other posters on this board. Geez! Brian

A new aircheck of ACC from 8/1/87 is now up.

Ah, that was when JAM did the jingles throughout the program, I think as a whole lasted for about 3.5 years, but even after the 1989 update some remained in play.
Meanwhile, on to this week's rewind show in hand and we can now finally say 1998 has a September show. This week they are going back to September 5, 1998, where if you look at the Top 20, half of them are held (or co-held) by female artists (this includes females who sing lead in groups, all female or mixed) with 16 in the Top 40, compared to today.
