Noticed an edited version of 'Can't do that anymore', with the bridge edited out. Also, there seemed to be a looped version of 'We danced anyway'.

Hard to believe that 3 singers from the '97 countdown are gone: Mindy McCready, Daryle Singletary, and Kevin Sharp.

After almost four months, I have finally updated the show listing on page 38. Hopefully I didn't miss any. Thankfully no repeats since the last update.

And now February 19, 1994 can be added to the list for this week's rewind show.
As a bonus, a classic aircheck spotlight as well from near the end of the Bowman era from January 14, 1978 (without scoped ads, and just three hours).

2000 hasn't had a show selected in several months; that year is due. 2001 has been picked a few times since the last 2000 show.

Well it won't be this week, as they are taking a trip back to February 27, 1999 (still fresh and new however). Maybe next weekend or in the weeks to come, we shall see.
Meanwhile, speaking of 1994 that was done last week, the aircheck spotlight may be a future rewind show candidate as it is from February 26, 1994.

Don't like it, when WW1 edits out Bob's signoff on the 3rd hour.

Closing credits also cut as well, I guess for these reasons time constraints to get more commercial time in.

Graig, thanks for providin' the chart date for us, each week, even when WW1 stopped doin' it.

I probably will know at an instant by checking the chart week based on positions at the time.
I noticed that there were a lot of women on the countdown that week (and especially in the Top 20 where half were owned or co-owned the chart spots).
Also this song at the top was initially a pop hit back in the fall of 1998 that topped the charts, and now the country version follows. This is contrary to last week's rewind show (and the aircheck a week later) where the country version came first and then the pop version of the same song later on.

With the airing of 2/27/1999, that likely means no March 1999 show this year, which we've yet to hear a show from.

Perhaps we'll have one next year other than that erroneous 6/12/99 error where it was a mistake by the staff.
Meanwhile, time to rewind to March 4, 1995 this week where the new theme package is in use by this point (last week was the first time they used the 1995 package).
Having said that, 2000 and 1993 have yet to be played this year, so I think next week may be either one of those two years.

Only one March show has aired from those two unplayed years so far: 3/27/1993. Hopefully we hear both years this month.

Now March 6, 1993 can be added to the list for this week's rewind show. I think they picked it because of the #1 spot occupied by a woman as well as #2 (and yesterday being International Women's Day was also the reason). Overall in the 40 that week there were 11, and 7 were heard on this week's show in the Top 30.
I think 2000 is due for next weekend which also has a lot of women on the chart as well.

Noticed a bit of looping in 'It's a little too late', by Tanya Tucker.
