Next weekend,Premiere will be offering up its first twofer of 2015:2/3/79 & 2/4/74-I find it interesting that they're not offering a B show from 1971 or 1972 like they normally do-In any event, what show do you think the various stations will air?-WODC will obviously run both shows-KOKZ will likely air 2/3/79.

KOKZ going with 1979 for the 70s show and 1981 for the 80s Good; we can count on them for the full four hours of 1979, and we now have someone playing 1981 (along apparently with KOLA, which at least initially has chosen the two earlier shows.) WODC can also be counted on for 2/2/74 as well as the full 1979, and I figure most 80s affiliates will go with 1987. So now I can plan my weekend with room for all four. Also, having opted against a January 1987 show, we can probably assume what we thought to be true: that KOKZ will choose an earlier 80s countdown when 1987 or 1988 is an option. (Not sure about 1986.)

This was the only week on AT40 for "You Thrill Me", and their last week on as pop artists. However, in the 1980s they were mentioned many times as being #1 on the country chart.

Does anyone know if WMJI ever plays 4 hour AT40s? Their playlist has the complete top 40 chart from 1979 listed, but they only indicate the show being three hours in length. By contrast, WBBG and 3WS both picked 1979 but only have the top 30 listed.

You must live in the same area that I do. I can pick up those same stations on my car radio. Right now I am listining to AT40 on my clock radio on WBBG.

Actually I don't, assuming such area is eastern Ohio/western Pennsylvania; I looked up the stations online. I live in Maryland, where WQSR is currently the only retro AT40 affiliate (80s in that case) that I can easily hear over the air.
