This was the only single released from his "Flaming Pie" album in the U.S., and it was holding at its peak position of #64 on the 5/31/97 Hot 100. This Week's Lost 90s Classic is from Vonda Shepard. On Billboard's Hot 100, her only chart was with the 1987 Top 10 duet, "Can't We Try" with Dan Hill. On Radio & Records, she had the #12 song, "Searchin' So Long" from 1998. On the 6/5/99 Adult Top 40 chart, she was debuting at #38 with another duet, this time with Emily Saliers. This Week's Lost 90s Classic is from Spin Doctors. This was their initial release from their second album called "Turn It Upside Down", and it was debuting at #85 on the 6/18/94 Hot 100. This song was moving up 13 notches to #60 on the 7/29/95 Hot 100. While it only peaked at #49, it topped the Hot Dance Club chart for two weeks. This was a Top 10 song in Belgium, France, Iceland, Scotland, Sweden and the United Kingdom, and a Top 20 song in Australia, Austria, Finland, Germany, Italy, Spain and The Netherlands. If the song sounds vaguely familiar, it samples four different songs including, "Street Player" by Chicago.
