Is this accurate:
When this station debuted on the iHeartRadio app, everyone was truly excited. And with good reason! Non-stop, unedited AT40 shows with no commercials. The initial thrill wore off as few new shows were added to their rotation of a couple dozen shows over the next few months. Now, there is no real reson to listen any longer, as they have played the same shows they feature countless times, and it seems they won't be adding any new selections.

Has anyone attempted to track an 'inventory' of what the station has played? At one point, they were adding shows weekly as Premiere aired them, and then they added a few shows that Premiere had debuted a few years ago. If the station had kept pace with what Premiere has aired, I think the initial 'buzz' wouldn't have died so quickly.

I check in every now and then to see what's on, and I'll listen if it's from a period of time I'm especially interested in or has a lot of songs that I particularly like, or if it's one I haven't heard in a long time if ever. Lately they've been playing a lot of year end shows which frankly aren't as interesting to me as the the regular ones; leaving aside the sometimes questionable methodology (which AT40 did address several times including by making its own rankings), there aren't as many of the obscure songs or smaller hits that make the regular ones more interesting, with more of a sense of discovery (or rediscovery.) Currently replaying is the 1990s decade end show, which at least is more interesting for giving us a glimpse of Casey's and AT40's later-period sound.

As of 1/20/2015: 7/11/70 Great work on the list ,But i Don't think iHeart have played the 7/11/1970 show, they did air the 7/4/70 first AT40 show (not too sure but it first aired on the iHeart at40 channel the day of casey's death )

Most 1970-71 shows that were aired a week in advance of the chart date are referred to by Premiere (and SXM) by the chart date, except sometimes for the patriotically dated debut.

Yes, I use the chart date so what I meant is the debut show. I have now put a remark beside it.

Listening to a 9/3/83 show in which they played Peter Gabriel's "Solsbury Hill" as an extra -- only problem is, the version that charted in '83 was from a "live" LP, and Premiere played the studio version, which charted in 1977. Oops.

I guess this channel has got so bad that according to one of the commenters on there that for example if you tune in Tuesday at 2 P.M. one week & then at 2 P.M. the next Tuesday it will be the same exact countdown.

From what I've been hearing, they're running on sort of a schedule now. For example, they played the top 50 of 1982 the same time every Saturday night.

That's only true for the 80s shows. There are currently 28 shows on rotation right now (since they added Top 50 of 1982 to the list). Because they play 4 80s (or Top 40 of the 1990s) shows a day, you'll find that the same shows will be repeated exactly one weekly later. This won't change until they add/remove some 80s shows to the mix (or there are any problems with the automation). Because there are 31 shows for the 70s, the same shows will be repeated a little more than a week later.
