Long time fan of this site, first time poster. Being a huge fan of AT40 and of 1990s music, I have been patiently waiting like many of you for Casey's 1990s shows to be syndicated like his 70s and 80s shows but still no word. A few weeks ago, I came across an internet radio station that counts down the 40 top songs each week of the 1990s. I can't find the chart they use but it claims to be a meta-analysis of many charts from that week in different music genres. It has more rap and grunge music than what I prefer but it does usually have a few country songs each week and that's refreshing. For others 90s fans who can't get Casey's countdowns, here is the link: www.live365.com/stations/amp40songsIt plays two times a week and it looks like they just changed their time to Friday at 8pm and Sunday at 5pm EST. Cheers, Hugo

Do they play the 1980s countdown shows? We already have a bunch of places to hear 1980s countdowns, with the stations Premiere sends them to (listed on this site), SXM 8, Rick Dees, and probably some others. So far the 1990s are what's lacking; I only listen to those from Rick, and his choice of years is somewhat limited and odd, with several years rarely if ever played.

Well theres WINC Fm on sunday nights for Rick Dee's countdowns from the 90's. And then u've got SXM Sat radio w/ their 1990s countdown every weekend, at various times on channel 9.

Been checking this out the last few weeks. "Achy Breaky Heart" is on the verge of hitting number one this week. I remember it being a pretty big hit (reached number four on the Hot 100) but never thought it as a number one song. Anyone know how it fared on AT/CT40?

And #38 on Hot 100 Airplay (which AT40 was using at the time)

I thought they used the Top 40 Radio Monitor or whatever it was called then.

I thought they used the Top 40 Radio Monitor or whatever it was called then. When AT40 started using the chart on 11/30/91, it was still called "Top 40 Radio Monitor". That chart eventually became known as "Hot 100 Airplay".
