And finishing up with the most recent 13 years
2000 nothing – three year streak. Closely averted with Tim McGraw's "My Next Thirty Years" – he sings "In ... ." as the first word preceding the title.
2001 • "Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning" – Alan Jackson.
(Also, some cuts of Diamond Rio's "One More Day" do have them singing the title line verse, but not in the official single release.
2002 • "Good Morning Beautiful" – Steve Holy.
2003 nothing
2004 • "Remember When" – Alan Jackson.
2005 nothing
2006 • "When I Get Where I'm Going" – Brad Paisley f. Dolly Parton. • "Would You Go With Me" – Josh Turner.
2007 none
2008 • "Good Time" – Alan Jackson.
2009 • "Alright" – Darius Rucker.
2010 • "If I Die Young" – The Band Perry.
2011 • "Tomorrow" – Chris Young.
2012 • "Something 'Bout a Truck" – Kip Moore.
(Close aversion – "Hey ... " ruins it for Carrie Underwood's "Good Girl.")
2013 This year, none so far ... but the closest is Blake Shelton's "Boys 'Round Here" ... "Well the ... " the first words in the spoken rap quash it.
Well there it is ... all the known No. 1 country songs with the first line equalling the title, 1970 to the present.

"Reuben James" by Kenny Rogers I didn't look too hard but I assume "Stuck on You" and "Say You Say Me" by Lionel Ritchie as well as "Lady" also by Kenny Rogers were mentioned.

Imagine Woman With A Little Luck Ebony and Ivory Say Say Say Give Me Love Only You While we're mentioning Beatle-involved tunes, here's a few more... "Power to the People" "Jet" Paul's last Top 40 hit, "My Brave Face" almost does it (there is a repeat of "my brave" twice before face).

Another 1 by Madge. 'Take a bow'. The only time she mentions it in the song. Thanks to Fred Bronson's #1 hits book, for that info.
