3/12/83 last aired in 2016. Could be repeated next week, and 3/5/83 could also go next week. FWIW, 3/19/83 aired as a 'B' show two years ago, but hasn't aired as an 'A' since 2012. 3/26/83 aired as an 'A' just last year. Now, I can't imagine they will wait this long, but 4/2/83 has one of the longest droughts of any 1983 show--it hasn't aired in any form since 2008. If they air a 1983 show next week, they could air 4/2/83 the weekend of April 6th, and you'd have four weeks between the two, which wouldn't be out of the question. 9/29/84 is the only show that had its last broadcast in 2007. And the shows that were last aired in 2008 are: 3/14/81 4/2/83 5/1/82, 5/18/85 I could see them going 1986, 1983, and then 3/14/81, as it'll have been about two months since the last 1981 A by mid-March. Holding off on 1983 until April is also possible, but that's unusual; the only times that Premiere has not played an A from a 1980s year until April were 1981 in 2015, 1980 and 81 in 2016, and 1987 in 2017, and unlike those early/late 80s years 1983 is generally considered to be right in the decade's "sweet spot" with a music mix that almost everyone finds acceptable. (It is worth noting, though, that this nearly happened last year when 1983 was overlooked until late March, which makes it even more surprising that it hasn't been done yet this year.) We could also hear 5/1/82 as an A this year; after we get 1982 this week it's 10 weeks until the first weekend of May, which isn't an abnormally long gap. 5/18/85 would come a full three months after the last 1985 A (Feb. 9), so that seems less likely; we should probably get at least one 1985 show before then.

Daddy’s Home is on the 1982 show by Cliff Richard and also in the 1973 show by Jermaine Jackson

"Daddy's Home" was originally a # 2 hit for a New York area vocal group called Shep & The Limelites-It was a sequel to a minor hit they had in 1956 which was called "A Thousand Miles Away".

"Daddy's Home" was popular in 1961.

My bad!-James "Shep" Shephard & his friends originally recorded "A Thousand Miles Away" under the name The Heartbeats-It wasn't until "Daddy's Home" that they changed their group name to Shep & The Limelites.

Was it just me hearing things or is the version of I Can't Go For That played at #2 different than the one that played during the Top 3 recap?

I think we may have lost another station. 93.3 the Bus (I-Heart) out of Columbus Ohio normally airs from 8-12 on Sunday mornings (eastern). Not today. However, their website says it's playing now (it's not). Luckily there are a few alternates at this time.

Last week,Mike Eiland aka "Countdown Mike" mentioned that WODC has dropped "AT40-The 80's" from their weekend lineup.

Was it just me hearing things or is the version of I Can't Go For That played at #2 different than the one that played during the Top 3 recap? It definitely was not you - I even pointed out in my critique that I noticed the song was longer than usual - I'm pretty sure it was the album version, which is generally the version that radio stations used when the song was played as a recurrent several years afterward. I could tell when I bought the 45 about two years after the song's chart run, since I was caught off guard at some of the parts that were cut out. IIRC, some of the differences include the lead-in to the last chorus ("Well, I, I'll do anything...") being cut in half, plus some of the ad libs near the end weren't on the 45. Those are the only differences I can remember, but your mind was not playing tricks on you - apparently, they had a little excess time in the final hour to allow them to play the longer version of the song.

I think I'll take KABQ though I think this is the only 1987 option left as of now for the rest of the weekend. If I'm wrong, please correct me !!

I think I'll take KABQ though I think this is the only 1987 option left as of now for the rest of the weekend. If I'm wrong, please correct me !! After KABQ, another station that will definitely air the B show would be KTSO in Tulsa (8:00 PM to midnight on Thursday night; link in the 80s station thread).

I think this is the only 1987 option left as of now for the rest of the weekend. If I'm wrong, please correct me !! 2 years ago, you would probably be right (unless you count the 3-hour version on WTIC). KFLW aired '87 yesterday & started playing it again right now. WPAC aired the show at 4 pm. They did not air a show after 1983, two years ago.
