KOKZ going with 10/25/80!! And, meanwhile... Just like last week, WGHN will air the countdown around 8:00 tomorrow night thanks to college football. BTW, the owner of WGHN traded in the Spartan Sports Network web-hosting deal for one with Townsquare, who owns slews of radio stations and websites. I'd leave him a message asking him if/when the things from the old site will be on the new one. dL

Thank god they edited that creepy intro out of "I Just Can't Stop Loving You". Hearing Michael Jackson coo "I just want to hold you" gives me the heeby jeebies. What was meant to be sensual I think just came off creepy. I think Prince could've pulled it off, not Michael Jackson but that's just me.

keith, I heard that mistake, too. Pete B. might wanna include that program error in the next printing of the '80s book.

Optional extra predictions for the 10/29/83 show:
* "Stay With Me Tonight" by Jeffrey Osborne * "Ain't Nobody" by Rufus & Chaka Khan * "In A Big Country" by Big Country * "Talking In Your Sleep" by The Romantics
There's one extra in this week's show... "Money" by Pink Floyd. I'll predict that stays in the broadcast. I think this was played to feature Dark Side Of The Moon's longevity on the album chart.

The reason I chose "On The Dark Side" was that it was moderately successful in its first go round-A year later, when HBO began running "Eddie & The Cruisers","On The Dark Side" was re-released & the rest as they say,is history.
