They also had "Catch Me I'm Falling". Along those lines, how about Benny Mardones who hit twice with "Into the Night", but had nothing else. Can't really consider him more than a one-hit wonder though, since it was the same song that hit in 1980 and again in 1989. I still can't figure out how that song returned to the top 40 in '89 when musical tastes were nothing like 1980...one of the stranger chart occurrences. I always think of them at 1.5 hit wonders.

Looks like there be a 2 hit wonder this weekend on the May 26th 1973 show with EDWARD BEAR 1st hit was" Last Song" which still get played on the radio down here & there new 1 that week "Close your eyes" which i've never heard of.

How about some love for the late Stevie Woods? His 2 top 40s were, Steal the night, and Just can't win 'em all, a soundalike to 'Ride like the wind' which was on this week's '80s show.
