I've been listening to rick dees app: 2002: on H2S4, no songs is playing it's just rick dees sayings for #31-#21 (#22-#21 no song is played), did this happen back in 2017 airing?? Anybody? Also bonus d2K updated: misread caption: Oct 10, 2009, it's actually Nov 14, 2009HAC

I don't remember that happening back in 2017, and it certainly didn't happen back in 2002 when I listened to the show then.

Is it an old Rick Dees show or locally compiled countdown? Also, it’s not that Rick Dees isn’t able to air 1989, it more like he just doesn’t choose to. There is a difference.

KZOY is playing 10/18/86 this morning. The sure shot is "Heartaches All Over the World" by Elton John. This is the 3rd time retro-Dees has aired this show, the last time being last year.

It's a Top 40 countdown of Cash Box hosted by Jeff Michaels, who lives in Rochester, New York.

That's weird.. if that didn't happen in 2017 mistake, wonder why this year H2S4 for 2002 is missing? Maybe they might have made accident sending older ones and didn't fix it?

Since we don't get much from late 1996, this is welcome and would be more so if we hadn't gotten another (rerun) October 1996 show just a couple of weeks ago. In fact this show opened with some excerpts of the Tom Hanks interview from that 10/5/96 show and I was thinking "We just heard this! Did someone make a mistake?" I'm not sure if I've heard the 10/18/86 show before either, though so much 1986 Dees is replayed it's hard to tell. SS is "Heartache All Over the World" by Elton John, from his album "Leather Jackets", which Elt has said is possibly his least favourite album. But neither this nor anything else from it turned out to be a significant hit so at least he hasn't had much need to revisit it since. I don't remember if 10/18/03 is new to the retro rotation, but will listen anyway.

Maybe the reason you dont know if its new is maybe you weren't around much? Just saying. Oct 26, 1996 I'm going to assume is it HAC. it starts with SS madonna you must love me, and #30 Blues Traveler But Anyways. HAC aired last year AND 2011 1986 was repeated last year, and then was 2010.

Any idea who the mystery voice from television is in the 1986 challenge? Thanks At first I thought it was Michael J Fox but I don’t think that’s it, Bruce Willis perhaps? Omg the Music Expert Retro 1989 countdown is amazing. Thank you for bringing it our attention.
