Should take into account every delivery system for music. I say about time!!! I totally agree. One of the biggest hits back in 2009 or so was "Never Gonna Give You Up", by Rick Astley. It was all over the place, and it should have made a reappearance on the charts IMO. This will give some credence to video hits, and in this day and age it needs to be given validity. Of course, that means a record exec just needs to hire people to sit there all day and refresh a youtube page over and over and over again. I feel they need to somehow find a way to count it, but I'm not sure if just counting "views" should count.
