Someone posted in the topic I made with a listing of all the shows aired a question about how many shows from this series the members of the boards own. Since I'd rather keep that topic simply about the list of shows, I've created a separate topic.
As for me, I'll have to get back to you which shows I have. There are one of two that I have from this series, but the rest of them are the former Flashback shows - whichever ones I've acquired the first hour - the remaining three hours are the Flashback.

Here's what I have in my collection:
9 Sub-hosted episodes. 41 Regular Casey Kasem episodes (including a July 2002 episode). 10 Regular Shadoe Stevens episodes (March 9, 1991 was the latest episode I have before the 1995 finale). 3 Special Shows. 2 1/2 year-end countdowns (I only have the first half of the top 100 of 1983).

Hard question to answer, since I've obtain shows in so many different ways. This is the best I can come up with, without going thru everything: From AT40 the 80's: 57 (aproximately) from XM: 25 (aproximatly) AT40 flashbacks: 12ish downloaded/cd copies: 1 or 2
CT40: 18 total, most are cd copies downloaded: 6 OFF-AIR: 2 the rest are cd copies off vynl
AT40 2nd run: 21 total downloaded: 14 off-air: 7
Now the year end countdowns, from the 80's, 1 show (85) from AT40 the 80s, 1 show from AT40 flashback (86) and 1 a cd copy from vynl acquired in trade (87). 90's CT40/AT40: 4 cd copies (counting CT40 top40 of '89), 4 off-air (missing 93, 91, 95). 2000's: just the 4 off-air, as there were only 4. (Casey left in '04)
Shadoe shows: 6, w/ 1 year end (92).
Specials: 4 (Counting CT40s top 40 million sellers of the 80s & CT40's top 40 of the 80's)
As far as how to get shows on cd.............trade w/ others.

It doesn't really matter how many AT40 shows from the 80's that you personally have. The point is they are ALL available. Thanks to the collecting work of Pete & Rob along with the restoration work of Shannon, we have high quality shows available for all to enjoy.
If you are limited financially, you can enjoy the rebroadcasts currently airing which is vastly improved from the first 104 rebroadcasts that were editing out the first hour. Granted, it would take a huge effort to find a vinyl copy of every AT40 of the 80's and probably impossible if you just started collected due to how rare those copies are to find which in turn makes it also difficult to find the shows with the "original commercials" from April 10, 1982 on...
Now, my only wish is if the second and third tiers shows also had complete collections and equally devoted collectors because a large of radio history could be loss forever.
I have yet to find anyone that knows someone that has a complete collection of the Weekly Top 30 with Mark Elliott (1979-81), Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 (1983 shows), Dick Clark's National Music Survey (1984-1985), Countdown America with John Leader/Dick Clark, John Leader's/Dave Sholin's Countdown USA, On The Radio with Ron O'Brien and a few other Pop/CHR show.
Be nice to each other and help out legally the best you can.
